The Disciple Maker Index (DMI) is an anonymous survey of parishioners that provides insights into the level of missionary discipleship in the parish in addition to the effectiveness of the Mass experience, preaching, and other aspects of the parish.
Most Holy Trinity is partnering with Catholic Leadership Institute to for the Disciple Maker Index survey. We first took the survey in 2020 to help both the Diocese and individual parishes gain a better understanding of how parishioners feel about the things happening in their parish and where they are at in their faith journeys. We participated again in 2023, and this allowed us to see changes and growth at both the Diocesan and Parish level.
As a parish, we will once again have the opportunity to participate in this survey! This survey is going to be available to all parishioners and we encourage you to take the opportunity to complete this. This survey is anonymous, it only takes 10-15 minute, and will provide us with insight as to how we can best serve you as a parish staff.
This survey can be taken online, link is above or if you’re unable to complete this survey at home, we also have paper copies of this available at the Parish Office. We do encourage you to take it online as it’s much more streamlined.
