SYMPTO-THERMAL METHODThe Sympto-Thermal Method (STM) - Is taught by CCL and is based on three key signs of fertility: cervical mucus, basal body temperature and changes in the cervix. By observing and recording these signs you and your spouse will be able to identify Phase I, II and III and therefore know if you’re in a time of fertility or infertility.

The information from the monitor can be used in conjunction with observations of cervical mucus, basal body temperature, or other biological indicators of fertility.

CREIGHTON MODELThe Creighton Model - Is built on research, education and service and is also the basis for the new women's health science, NaProTECHNOLOGY. In the Creighton Model, fertility is observed as a part of health, not disease. Creighton is based upon a couple’s knowledge and understanding of their naturally-occurring phases of fertility and infertility. This system provides information which deals with the complete dimension of the procreative ability. In addition, it provides women the added benefit of being able to monitor and maintain their procreative and gynecologic health over a lifetime. It is truly the only family planning system which has networked family planning with gynecologic and procreative healthcare and health maintenance.
