Testimony"The marriage prep program and retreat were very beneficial for our marriage. It allowed us to grow even closer in our relationship with each other and with God. Without that retreat, we may have never taken the time to talk about some of the important topics that will help make our marriage last. After that weekend, we were both able to step back from the planning and wedding details and realize what our marriage was really about; getting each other to heaven. "

Natural Family Planning
You must attend and complete all courses of one of the following Church approved methods of NFP.
Sympto - Thermal Method
Is based on three key signs of fertility: cervical mucus, basal body temperature, and changes in the cervix. By observing and recording these signs, you and your spouse will be able to identify phases of fertility or infertility.
This method is taught by couple to couple league (CCL).

Creighton Method
Is built on research, education and service and is also the basis for the new women's health science, NaProTECHNOLOGY. In the Creighton Model, fertility is observed as a part of health, not disease. Creighton is based upon a couple’s knowledge and understanding of their naturally-occurring phases of fertility and infertility.
This method teachers are trained allied health professionals and specifically-trained physicians.

Marquette Method
Uses the ClearBlue Easy Fertility Monitor, a device used at home which measures hormone levels in urine to estimate the beginning and end of the time of fertility in a women's menstrual cycle. The information from the monitor can be used in conjunction with observations of cervical mucus, basal body temperature, or other biological indicators of fertility.
