When do i need to register by?
Registration is due by April 28th.
what if i can't afford the trip?
If you don't think you can afford to pay for Steubenville but would really like to join us please contact Chris Groves at [email protected]! We would much rather find a way to have you join us on this trip than let the cost get in the way from such a great opportunity to encounter the Lord!
When is the final payment due?
Final payments will be available by June 1st. If you would like to know how much you owe for the trip, please email Chris Groves at [email protected] or have someone stop by the parish office.
What can I expect the Conference to be like? Where will we be Sleeping?
On Friday June 23rd, we will meet at 8:00 am then leave for Steubenville, Ohio. We will load up on a charter bus and make the six hour trip with a stop for food and restroom along the way. We will arrive at the campus of Franciscan University and start the conference! Not everyone is guaranteed to have a bed, so bring either a mat or a sleeping bag to sleep on. Some people bring a small fan but it actually gets pretty cool at night there so it might not be needed. The conference schedule will consist of different talks on the faith, confession, adoration, and of course Mass! Oh and they always have great music too! We will return to Most Holy Trinity on Sunday June 25th around 7 or 8 PM.
WHAT KINDS OF THINGS DO I NEED TO PACK?
-Sleeping bag and pillow
-Cot/air mattress (some participants will have to sleep on the floor, as there will not be enough beds for everyone)
-Toiletries, washcloth, towel
-Umbrella/other rain gear
-Backpack-to carry belongings in throughout the day
-Sweatshirt/jacket for the sessions (the Fieldhouse can get cold)
-Enough clothes for a weekend (Appropriate length shorts and shirts)
-Small Fan (not all housing accommodations have A/C)
-Sunblock
-Bible, notebook, pen
-Bathing suits for showers (All showers have curtains, but some people bring bathing suits for personal preference)
-Spending money (to purchase meals on the way down and back, and to purchase any additional snacks/drinks/merchandise)
